How does coaching work?

Coaching consists of 2 parts:

Part 1

An interview between participant and coach. The purpose of which is to determine if the coach and coachee are compatible. We will also discuss and establish the desired results.

Part 2

A number of appointments lasting approx. 2 hours. Four sessions are the minimum required to achieve our goals; 6 sessions is the average. The 6 meetings are planned at 3-week intervals. The process will therefore take between 4 and 5 months to complete. If the course has been requested by an employer a 3rd part can be incorporated i.e. a mid-term or final evaluation in the presence of the employer.
