‘The 7 Habits of highly effective people’:
A workshop for those who want to improve their effectiveness and personal leadership capabilities. The workshop is based on one of the best-sold business books of all time; ‘The 7 Habits of highly effective people’ of Stephen R. Covey.
You work intensively on subjects such as:
- I’m busy but am I working on the right things? (Priorities)
- Have I got a good work/private life Balance?
- How can I get more out of myself?
- How can I improve relationships thus developing teamwork?
‘The 7 Habits for Managers’:
An intensive and practical orientated workshop based on the principles of inspirational leadership. This training provides managers with the resources to deal with present day managerial challenges.
The participants learn in their roles as managers to solve problems and take the initiative. To achieve the balance between trust and responsibility and to give constructive feedback.
‘The Speed of Trust’:
During this training you will learn to build trust in relationships and enhance or restore it if it no longer exists.Decreasing revenues due to lower productivity, resistance to new resources, missed opportunities and bureaucracy can all be signs of a lack of confidence within your team or organization. Less confidence means lower speed and rising costs. On the other hand work based on confidence means more costs efficiency and an increase in profits and results. Learn how to increase or restore trust in relationships.
‘Leadership’
Today’s challenges demand a leadership style that matches the dynamics of our time and the needs of today’s employees. Leaders are required to accept a new way of thinking (mind-set), the use of new skills (skill set) and use of new tools (tool set)
The participants will work with 4 leadership challenges
- Inspire trust; how do you build and restore trust?
- Clarify purpose; what is your organisation / your department trying to achieve? What is your contribution?
- Align systems; create an optimal approach to work, focus on key and core processes to get the best possible results.
- Unleash talent; stimulate the potential talent and contribution of your employees.
Effective communication
Sometimes we think we have the same goals, but it turns out not to be the case e.g. we leave a meeting thinking we’re on the same page only to find out later that things have been misinterpreted and the results are not as expected. Or we detect a negative undertone. All are examples of the consequence of ineffective communication.During training participants are made aware of what stands in the way of effective communication. They learn skills and are given tools to help them be a better listener and to communicate more effectively and without being judgmental. All aimed at improving work relationships.
